Description
- Heading the First Line, Front Office team in the implementation of Internal Controls.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
- Providing guidance and oversight on risk management strategies.
- Improving operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reporting on the effectiveness of Internal Controls to senior management.
Profile
- A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- An in-depth understanding of broad capital markets products
- Proficiency in risk management and Internal Controls.
- Strong regulatory exposure, including MIFID II, EMIR etc
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and nterpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
