The salary band for this full-time position is GBP45,000 to GBP73,000 depending on prior experience and growth within the role.

About the role
We are ideally looking for an applicant with either an Internal Medicine or ECC Certificate, or a strong GP vet looking to focus more on medicine, particularly diagnostic imaging, and who wants to work in a fast-paced hospital with a large and complex case load enabling them to develop their skills in this area.
This full-time role is based on a 40-hour week, inclusive of weekend rotation.
The shift pattern is made up of 9am to 7pm and 12pm to 10pm shifts, so you will have the opportunity to work with both our day and dedicated night team.
Wanstead Veterinary Hospital provides an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral service to our clients and local network of 20 branches and works to the highest clinical standards.
There is excellent diagnostic support, with a new CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, a strong medical team that you will be part of, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site. You will also be fully supported by a team of experienced hospital vets including a senior medic/ECC vet, our incredible nursing team made up of experienced RVN's, students, nursing assistants and front of house team, as well as on site clinical managers.
Wanstead itself is on the outskirts of leafy Essex, but has quick and direct transport links that take you straight into all areas of London! There is a bustling caf?? and restaurant culture in Wanstead so you will never be short of places to visit for a treat.
