Contract: 6 month FTC
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Job summary;
Our Recruitment Team are responsible for attracting the best available talent into a variety of clinical and non clinical vacancies across our Hospital. We are looking for an individual who can act as a brand ambassador for KIMS Hospital, sourcing the right candidates in line with our values and offer a flawless service to both job seekers and hiring managers. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and experienced recruiter able to assist in candidate sourcing and developing successful recruitment campaigns. You will need to be process driven, with an exceptional eye for detail who has a background in recruitment, whether this be internal or for an agency.
Roles and Responsibilities;
- Support the achievement of recruiting quality candidates in line with the KIMS Hospital Mission and Values
- Coordinate recruitment process from receiving approval to recruit to offering candidates
- Extensive database work to include data inputting, uploading of candidates CV’s and updating of candidate notes and progress
- Occasionally assist with candidate interviews acting as a representative for HR department
- Comply with internal and external Recruitment and HR regulations
Person Specification:
- Have experience working within recruitment, whether this is for an agency or internally, managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Have demonstratable administration skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail and process management skills at all times
- Possess the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels of the business
- Have excellent IT and communication skills as well as a knowledge of Social Media and its use for job advertising
