Our client – an established and credible Professional services firm with central London offices – is seeking a superb Internal Recruiter. Open to seeing candidates that have ex-agency or in-house recruitment backgrounds, as well as those who have held admin/scheduling heavy positions and are interested in trying their hand at internal recruitment. Articulate, client facing candidates with strong relationship building skills are a must, as is a demonstrable track record of success and longevity in previous roles. Candidates will need to show superb communication skills and stakeholder management experience, as well as have outstanding organisational skills. We’re looking for a really committed candidate who is a natural team player, loves the scheduling side of recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. 4+ years comparable experience preferred.
