We specialise in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the Retail sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to be part of a truly iconic growing brand with stores located in London, Paris, and Berlin and Cannes.
£28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Internal Recruiter’s Core Duties
- Carry out recruitment duties for the UK, France and Germany
- Liaise with external recruitment companies
- Manage recruitment media and recruitment advertising
- Source CV on relevant job boards and social media sites
- Review applications
- Interview candidates over video
- Attend London stores to carry out face to face interviews
- Oversee junior recruiter
Internal Recruiter’s Key Experience
- Experience carrying out interviews via video calls
- Experience carrying out face to face interviews
- Experience in carrying out recruitment activities
- Fluency in French, highly desirable
- Experience with job boards and recruitment advertising
- Experience resourcing candidates
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate with drive and ambition
