Internal Recruitment Consultant - 6 Month FTC

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Internal Growth team as a Internal Recruitment Consultant.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an existing Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from 360 recruitment and into a consultative delivery role where you will be an integral part of this growing company, with no more business development.

Job Requirements

What will you be doing?

• Helping with the candidate attraction strategy across the Prospero group from graduates to senior hires.
• Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating via other channels like email or social media.
• Liaising with hiring managers.
• Actively sourcing candidates through head hunting (e.g. through linked-in) and job board searching.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.
• Ensure candidates are kept up to date with feedback each step of the way.
• Managing recruitment related administration.

Knowledge and Experience required:

• Proven academic excellence.
• Minimum 12 months of experience working in Internal Recruitment or as a Recruitment Consultant/Coordinator.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong familiarity with Boolean searching.
• Ability to multitask and focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and dependability.
