As an Internal Recruitment Manager you will:

Candidate Screening:
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, business objectives, and staffing requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
Job Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilise innovative and effective recruitment methods to reach potential candidates.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
- Implement and optimise recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter, experience within the logistics or supply chain industry is beneficial for this role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
