As an Internal Recruitment Manager you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent to support the growing logistics operations within the business.

Description

As an Internal Recruitment Manager you will:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.

Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, business objectives, and staffing requirements.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

Job Advertising:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilise innovative and effective recruitment methods to reach potential candidates.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Implement and optimise recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter, experience within the logistics or supply chain industry is beneficial for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
