Job Description for the Internal Sales Administrator includes:
The Internal Sales Administrator will be supporting an existing team with administration and correspondence with customers:
- Liaising with customers and producing quotations
- Answering phone calls
- High levels of order processing
- To be the main point of contact within the office for any sales queries, both internally and externally
- The Internal Sales Administrator will also liaise with 3rd parties regarding leasing options and equipment prices
- Collating information into reports to provide to management
- Updating information into the CRM system
- Providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Administration/office experience is essential
- GCSEs in Maths and English required
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Must be able to prioritise, multi-task, and manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships
- Must be accurate and detail-conscious
Salary: GBP12.00 Per Hour
