Perfect! My client in Dudley is looking for a Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
You will be responding to inbound enquiries and seeing the order through to delivery.

Duties will include:
- Responding to customer inbound enquiries and general information requests
- Liaising with different departments internally
- Creating, processing and closing orders
- Updating customers on delivery status
- Logging activities on the CRM
The successful candidate will have previous experience of
- Experience in a similar role (1 years) e.g. Sales Administrator/Customer Service Administrator/Service Coordinator
- Good IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Export knowledge is highly advantageous
Salary £26k with excellent bonus incentives
Working hours - Monday - Thurs 8.30 - 4.30 and an early finish on a Friday too!! 8.30 - 4.00
