Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Our client is a fantastic business with a commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to their clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Daily despatching of all shipments in a timely manner.
- Preparing shipping documents, packing lists and export certificates
- Communicating delivery information to customers and sending invoices.
- Processing customer orders by phone, email or via the website.
- Providing quotations using price lists and customer follow up.
- Processing of purchase orders for product made in Sri Lanka, external product suppliers, business consumables, stationery etc through the Sage system.
- Pro - active customer contact and ongoing business development
- Contact with current or potential customers with details of promotions or special offers.
- Identification and contact with new potential customers.
- Produce customer newsletters, mailings etc.
- Work on the website, literature, and social media.
- Assistance with both build up and visiting exhibitions.
- Customer visits.
- Help with website updates, literature, and social media.
- Updating customer price lists both on our shared network and sage.
Skills required:
- Must have previous sales experience.
- Understanding of social media would be good for development areas.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised, systematic, and thorough.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise.
