We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to support our client's sales team in achieving their targets. The Internal Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent customer service.
Description of the role:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals to potential clients.
- Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate order fulfilment.
- Coordinate and monitor the shipment of products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Work closely with logistics and shipping partners to optimise the process.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address any billing or invoicing inquiries from customers.
- Assist with the processing of purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of products.
