Internal Sales Executive

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and proactive Internal Sales Executive to contribute to the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and support the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

   • Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their construction needs and requirements.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

2. Sales Support:

   • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, identify opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

3. Quotation and Proposal Generation:

   • Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.
   • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure proposals align with customer specifications.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop a deep understanding of our construction products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
   • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

5. Order Processing and Documentation:

   • Efficiently process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
   • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

6. Sales Reporting:

   • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
   • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales management team.
