Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and proactive Internal Sales Executive to contribute to the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and support the achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their construction needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, identify opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
Quotation and Proposal Generation:
- Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure proposals align with customer specifications.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our construction products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Order Processing and Documentation:
- Efficiently process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
