Internal Sales Executive

Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, generating quotations, and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal will be to understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide them with accurate and competitive proposals. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customised solutions.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer specifications and company pricing guidelines.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate terms as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
