Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Identify up sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
- Prospect and qualify new leads to expand our customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Utilise CRM software to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
