Sales Account Manager needed in the PPE sector.
I’m currently working with an established company who specialise in supplying PPE to SMEs with a quick turnaround and excellent customer service.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join the account management team. With an internal salesperson working alongside you to handle the admin and customer service workload, you’ll be managing and growing warm accounts across Northamptonshire.
Salary: £40k to £45k base salary + uncapped monthly paid commission (£18k OTE) + company vehicle.
Location: Northampton.
Duration: Permanent

Job responsibilities:
- Meet a KPI of 50 meaningful sales conversations per week (e.g. call, Teams, in-person meeting).
- Achieve 10% yearly portfolio growth.
- Prioritise your accounts and manage your own diary.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Meet with clients to identify needs and follow up with timely customised proposals.
- Regular travel as needed across Northamptonshire.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Logging sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
