We are seeking a highly motived and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join a household name in the world of Construction. As an integral part of the Internal Sales force, you will be responsible for handling incoming orders, providing quotes, securing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email and trade counter.
Key Duties:
- Managing incoming orders through phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Providing accurate and competitive quotes to customers
- Proactively follow up on quotes to secure orders and build lasting customer relationships.
- Processing quotes & orders via the CRM system (K8) as well as maintaining accurate records.
- Serving customers at the trade counter, offering product advice, and upselling where appropriate.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Person Specification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a product supply role, ideally within the construction or trade industry.
- Ability to upsell and secure orders through effective sales techniques.
- Proficient user of MS Packages and proven ability to learn CRMs.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
- Fully office based
- £26,000 - £28,000pa DOE
