To work with the Academic Lead for Re:So by supporting the continual development of the student experience and the curriculum based activity that takes place in Re:So.
You will lead Re:So’s Online Sales and develop this income stream using your photographic and video skills to promote the product ranges. This will be linked to the marketing of the store through social media content creation which you will be responsible for, working to a monthly plan of promotional activity that you will create with guidance from the Academic Lead. You will create a monthly report of social media statistics and measure product sales against these. The management of the online shop(s) is a key responsibility, taking opportunities to list and promote items to non-local customers and to promote these platforms each week and produce activity reports.
Mentoring of students on placement to support your role will be a part of your responsibilities.
All staff assist in the day to running of the Re:So store and you will learn the operational side of the business. There is an opportunity to assist the Graduate Intern Retail and Business Management in the organisation and staffing of internal and external events.
This is a creative, commercial and business orientated role where attention to detail and ability to follow instruction is essential. You will be a proactive, reliable and key member of the Re:So
team.

Re:So is Solent University’s retail initiative, showcasing student and graduate talents across a range of creative disciplines. Our creative students and graduates can use the store as a platform to sell their creations in the campus store or online, gain work experience, or take up mentoring opportunities to help boost their skills and experience.
