Main Duties:
Outbound calling to prospective B2B customers
Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision makers.
Diarising call-backs
Accurate data entry to CRM systems
Take ownership of calls ensuring effective and efficient communication
Meet and exceed targets and KPI’s to achieve OTE.
Essential Skills & Person Specification:
* Previous B2B cold calling experience is essential.
* Focused and results orientated
* Good understanding of CRM systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Data entry accuracy essential
