Sales Executive, Sheffield, Permanent, Full-Time, Salary up to £26,000
This is an exciting role for a Customer focused Sales Executive looking to develop their career within the Scientific and Bio-Medical industry offering excellent career progression and benefits.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers by:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities from Marketing campaigns, new product launches and sales enquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and pricing.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reports using our CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.
Preferred knowledge and skills:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a Life Science industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office packages.
