Your impact on the role:
Responsible for line production, team management and engagement.
Leading a team of Equipment Owners, Operators and Engineers
Use your skills and passion to drive a continuous improvement culture where people are highly engaged, and manufacturing excellence is at the forefront of how we do business
With high levels of growth anticipated across Scotch, you’ll be instrumental in implementing the strategic plan for liquid packaging, ensuring that a successful growth agenda is built on strong organisational change principles.
About You:
We'd love you to be an inclusive leader with operational leadership experience in any relevant industry with an understanding of the manufacturing sector. It would be advantageous if you are experienced in leading leaders or have a consistent track record in a leadership/management position.
To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for developing people and dedication, have knowledge and experience of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing, and be a change agent who can encourage connection and implement plans.
