Our client requires an individual to provide continuous flow of new, potential customers through efficient handling of existing and new prospects and identifying sales opportunities.
Main Duties
- Carry out telesales activity on a daily basis.
- Administer ACT /CRM updates.
- Prepare ABI leads for cold calling to architects and other clients.
- Arrange appointments over the phone and manage the Client Relations team diaries, including client visits, catalogue drops and CPD’s.
- Initiate contact with new clients using social media, where applicable.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Direct prospects to the Client Relations team, where required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous sales/business development experience
- High attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, target-driven, the ability to apply innovative solutions, customer-focused, self-motivated, works well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective IT skills, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
- This role requires the post holder to fulfil development activities and/or work overseas as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time, for which a valid passport will be required.
