Job Title: Internal Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000 to £46,000 (OTE in first year £70,0000) uncapped commission
Hours: 9 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving targets to join a busy and enthusiastic team responsible for managing a small team and manage own existing Accounts.
The Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales and customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the setting of sales goals and call activity plans of the organisation and cascading these down to individual sales associates’ targets and territories through the publication of quotas (base and new).
Manage, coach, train and mentor the Internal Sales team to achieve the required level of sales activity, utilisation of the sales funnel / Sales i, delivery of product diversification objectives and the development of new business. Review performance monthly with the sales associate to drive necessary corrective actions and training.
Manage own territory of accounts to deliver personal sales quota / objective and utilise Sales-I for all sales opportunities and engagements.
Key Duties:
- Manage the Internal sales & customer support representatives’ team through use of objective setting, KPI’s , metrics and review meetings.
- Set and track sales and outbound call targets for team.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Utilise SAGE 200 for all order processing and invoicing.
- Report on sales & call metrics and suggest improvements using sales-I and HiHi metrics.
- Maintain sales-i for customer and prospect engagement.
- Develop target sales lists by verticals and drive activity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
- Build an open-communication environment for your team.
- Manage and coordinate the public webshop and major account online catalogues.
- Manage the price list for both sales channels.
- Support Social Media marketing activities with input into content and topics based on the monthly calendarization of releases.
- Work with operations to provide monthly unit forecasts for stock lines to facilitate inventory planning.
- Develops & maintain induction, training and development plans for all team members.
- Manage personal quota.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
