Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking an adept Internal Sales Executive to enhance our External Sales team's performance. The focus is on seamless integration of the 'Always Informed' approach, ensuring accurate data input and timely quotation delivery. Aligned with Company core values, this role champions responsiveness, ownership, communication, and continuous improvement. The goal is to maximize customer contact and response times, contributing significantly to the team's success.

General duties:
• Always provide excellent Customer Service to external and internal customers.
• Understand customer’s needs and how we can best satisfy their requirements, in-line with our business objectives.
• Work Proactively with Key Account Managers to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Support with managing Pipelines in database to ensure accuracy of data.
• Support in researching new customers and reaching out to book appointments.
• Understand speed of response is critical to the success of the team.
• Ensure a timely and accurate quotation to all quote requests.
• Work to maximise opportunities for replacement of equipment by analysing asset lists.
• Follow-up all quotations to transfer them into orders.
• Report all communication with customers on to the CRM system
• Receiving all sales phone calls and directing them to the correct departments or responding to them efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, specifically Customer Experience, Operations, and Accounts to benefit the company as a whole
• Carrying out instructions from the Manager as required
• Other work which may be necessary from time to time
• Make sure all personal Health and Safety procedures are adhered to

Person Specification

1. Educational Background:
• A good set of GCSEs or equivalent with a focus on relevant subjects such as business studies, communication, and mathematics
2. Experience:
• Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools.
• Previous exposure to working closely with an external sales team is advantageous.
3. Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
