As an Internal Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, application expertise, and solutions to our customers and sales teams, ensuring the successful integration into various industrial and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding technical inquiries, product specifications, and application-related questions.
• Application Analysis: Evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate pump solutions that align with the specific needs of various projects and applications.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design customized pumping solutions that meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit technical proposals, including system designs, quotes, and specifications for the customers' requirements
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, warranty claims, and other customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in applications engineering, technical support, or a similar role within the pumps or related industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative and practical solutions.
• Customer-Oriented: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
