Internal Salesperson

An award-winning supplier of non-mechanical products are looking for an Internal Salesperson to join their team based in Bedford.
We’re looking for your personable approach and customer service expertise to work alongside and co-ordinate with the sales manager.

What will you be doing as an Internal Salesperson?
* Maximising consumable sales opportunities on every occasion
* Dealing with telephone, email, and face-to-face inquiries; processing orders from customers and providing accurate information as required
* Ensuring the accuracy of all paperwork and adhering to procedures for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, and asset administration
* Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure availability of hire equipment
* Coordinating drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently
* Ensuring all deadlines are being met in relation to reporting of information
* Working within the Health & Safety policy of the company to ensure practicing safe working practices
What do you need?
* Previous experience within a customer service role
* Comfortable operating within a sales driven environment
* Previous experience within the construction sector (advantageous)
* Full UK driving license
