Detail2Recruitment has been retained by a well known organisation with a successful business model centred around building a platform for long term success. With businesses encompassing hospitality, leisure, retail, and significant support infrastructure, our client is looking for an internal Talent Acquisition Manager in a newly created role who will create a resourcing strategy to source and secure the best talent across head office functions, operations, and frontline.
You will work closely with various stakeholders and hiring managers.
This is a standalone internal Talent Acquisition resourcing role.
Internal Talent Acquisition Manager - The Rewards

• Salary to £45,000
• Performance based bonus
• 33 Days Holiday (inc. bank holidays)
• There is flexibility with this role, however you will need to be based in the office for 4 out of 5 days per week

Internal Talent Acquisition Manager - Requirements

• Strong direct hiring focused in-house recruitment experience
• Previous strategic and hands-on recruitment experience gained within a consumer facing environment with experience of recruiting skilled and seasonal workers
• Experience of sourcing candidates across a wide range of functions including; head office departments, retail, warehouse, hospitality/leisure of all levels (inc. Senior Managers to frontline workers)
• Excellent communicator, who can gain credibility quickly with high level stakeholders
• Ability to source contract and interim positions
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline of vacancies and build future pipelines for anticipated vacancies
• Experience of seasonal volume hiring requirements
• Experience of recruiting technical roles

Internal Talent Acquisition Manager - Responsibilities

• Review the talent attraction strategy, including job posting optimisation, recruiting marketing channel development, job board usage, recruitment campaign planning and talent planning
• Building recruitment strategies for departments and key positions
• Support hiring managers in all areas of the recruitment process and life-cycle, including advertising, screening, interviews through to onboarding
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current and pipeline roles within the organisation
• Devise and implement an internal recruitment strategy, identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and developing a talent pool
• Utilise ATS Systems
• Streamline ATS processes to enhance the candidate experience
• Coach Managers on recruitment best practice
• Support on the onboarding process - including the development of departmental induction plans
• Participate in employment events such as career fairs
• Develop relationships with established agency partners
• Devise and monitor key recruitment metrics, reporting as required
