Talent & Acquisition Manager

Here at Liberty Recruitment Group, we are delighted to be working exclusively with a large, growing Client, based on the outskirts of Havant to help find them find a T&A Manager!

Reporting into a fantastic HR Manager, you will lead a small T&A Team and will therefore need to be both operational and strategic and create a strategic TA Plan for the business. Partnering with Leader’s,

you will also utilise analytics to influence the business and its future plans.

This role is so very special, as you will genuinely have the opportunity to make it your own.

The business would like to support someone who has creative flair and has ideas to make their T&A function second to none.

You will have extensive experience in direct resourcing and techniques at all levels and managing low to high volume and complex resourcing projects. Previous management of recruitment agencies / PSL’s would also be essential.

You will be very au fait with social media, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc, to attract a passive audience and encourage the best talent to the business.

In a nutshell, you will be confident in delivering a first-class service in a fast-paced environment!

As a person, you will be highly driven and motivated, have a positive attitude, have fantastic communication skills, innovative and adaptable, organised and comfortable with multi-tasking.

In return you will be offered a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending upon experience, plus great benefits, including parking.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
