A Global organisation is looking for an internal Telesales person who will be supporting existing sales team with sales quotations and following up wins/losses and documenting for further analysis.
In addition, supporting the growth of the business primarily industrial focused accounts and products, this will extend into other areas of the business portfolio.
The team will be working with existing customer database and calling new potential customers from trade shows and bought database listings.
Key Duties
- Make outbound business to business telephone calls to generate new business sales.
- Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, up selling additional products, and providing a high level of customer service.
- Process orders and prepare quotations.
- Working closely with external sales managers.
- Carrying out administration and reporting tasks.
- Proactively working to expand market share.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in similar Sales role
- Experience Sales negotiant skills are essential.
- Target Focussed with strong commercial experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong communicator with a professional attitude.
- Keen attitude to succeed with a high level of enthusiasm to learn and develop within the job role.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications.
