Job Description
- Lead and manage the international finance team.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and regulations across all operations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all fiscal reporting.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful International Accounts Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an International Accounts Manager or similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
- Proven ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
