Brand new role in the Benefits team of a substantial international financial institution. The remit includes contributing to the strategic planning, implementation and management of retirement and benefit programmes across the UK, Western Europe and the Middle East. Other key responsibilities include assessing and improving plan effectiveness, management of provider and supplier relationships and acting as a key liaison point for both members and management. The jobholder will be degree educated, have strong UK Pensions and International Benefits experience and ideally speak German to at least business standard.
