Our Commitment to Equity

We believe everyone has potential. We are committed to increasing equity among business owners, and we want to do the same for our team. Research shows that some underrepresented groups tend to only apply for roles if they meet every single requirement. At Hatch we  are interested in your future potential just as much as your past experience. So if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t tick every box on the job description, we’d love it if you went ahead and applied anyway.

And if this role isn’t quite ticking all your boxes but you like the idea of working at Hatch, please add your details to our careers mailing list to be the first to hear about new opportunities in future.

We want to ensure that our team represents a wide cross-section of society, and we know that means we have to make an effort to understand and accommodate different people’s needs. If you would require any reasonable adjustments to be made to support you to apply, interview or join the Hatch team please contact us.

Role Purpose

Picture this: it’s 1pm on a Friday, and you are welcoming fifteen entrepreneurs into a virtual room for their Graduation Celebration. They’ve spent the past several months attending expert-led masterclasses on key concepts ranging from their financial model to their marketing plan, working in small groups and building a peer network, and accessing Skilled Volunteer 121 support and Peer Mentoring from successful entrepreneurs. They’ve just finished pitching their businesses at a Demo Day, getting feedback from friendly Dragons, making networking connections, and sharing their ideas with an audience.

You know that the support they accessed on this programme helped them test their assumptions, grow their business, build their confidence and overcome their fears. You’re looking forward to seeing them achieve their goals, access funding, earn more money, employ more people and have a positive impact on their local communities and the wider world.

Sound like your ideal Friday? We are recruiting for a Programme Manager to join the Hatch team, running cohort-based programmes for underrepresented entrepreneurs running impactful businesses.

The Programme Manager role will be designing and delivering courses across Hatch’s core portfolio of programmes (Launchpad, Incubator and Accelerators) programmes. This role will be pivotal in understanding the needs of later-stage founders and how they prepare for growth.
