International Recruitment Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

In this role you will help us to succeed by:
- ·Leading from the front, sourcing candidates to recruit new international hires
- Advertising and marketing to generate on ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates
- Sourcing candidates to recruit nationally for a wide range of vacancies across the business
- Selling TeacherActive as the recruiter best placed to bring international candidates to the UK
- Mapping, assessing and attracting international talent
- Assessing suitability for the UK market
- Shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with branch managers
- Gathering and delivering constructive feedback from both international candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining the international database
- Hitting all targets and activity requirements of the business
- Developing and implementing TeacherActive’s International strategy to deliver the required results
- Drafting forecasts and business plans
- Aligning your team to TeacherActive’s culture
- Briefing employees on current international goals, campaigns and other relevant information
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Maintaining planned headcount to build the best possible team
- Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes, through high levels of activity
- Working to ensure all staff receive the best possible development
- Evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as appropriate
- Resolving problems as required

- Working with teams to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve goals
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
- Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development
The right person for this role will be / have:
- Experience managing a team
- Previous recruitment experience (ideally sourcing a high volume of candidates)
- A proven track record of meeting individual KPIs and/or targets
- Strong data analysis skills
- Evidence of recruiting and developing high performing teams
- Ability to drive strong activity levels
- Strong customer service skills
- An understanding or the ability to develop a working knowledge of visa workings
- A high standard of written and oral communication skills
- Able to demonstrate proactive work with central support teams
- Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
