SalaryInnovation Group UAE are recruiting for International Nurse relocation from the UK & Ireland to Florida USA and are keen to hear from Registered General Nurses from all backgrounds and experience looking to gain valuable overseas experience on 2 yr and 3 yr Fixed Term contracts that could lead to permanent employment and residency thereafter.
You will be working within a busy Hospital setting from a choice of Healthcare partners and departments best suited to your skills and requirements.

ROLE: Registered General Staff Nurses(RGNs) & Specialist Nurses.
CONTRACT DURATION: 2 yrs & 3 yrs fixed term with option of permanent residency.
CLIENT: Various well known an respected Healthcare facilities.
LOCATION: Florida USA.
HOURS: Various shifts and timings to cover early, late & night shifts over a 7 day rota with rest days.
SALARY & BENEFITS: USD 5,000 NET pay per month (= GBP 4,000) + return flights + first 3 months paid (shared) accommodation + Private medical cover + 30 days paid holiday + Visa & Residency costs + NCLEX exam preparation and training costs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- MUST hold a recognized Nursing qualification such as Diploma, Bachelors degree or equivalent from the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
- MUST be registered in home country & member of national Nursing governing body.
- MUST have at least 2 yrs post qualification experience in a General Nursing capacity from a Hospital / Private Clinic / or Residential Home Care Setting.
- MUST have excellent Communication skills.
- MUST be well presented and professional.
- MUST be able to satisfy immigration security, licensing, visa and residency checks.
- MUST be willing to take part in any required distance learning to prepare for the NCLEX exam.
- MUST be willing to take the NCLEX exam at the local testing center as required, expected to be within 3 months of applying.
- MUST hold a valid passport with no restrictions to travel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Administer general Nursing care and treatment as required.
- Responsible for the daily medical needs & routine healthcare of all Hospital patients.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injury for all age ranges and individual needs.
- Assist Doctors and other medical staff where needed.
- Dress and care for wounds.
- Treat elderly patients with care.
- Administer medicines and treatments where required.
- Offer sound medical and healthcare advice.
- Maintain Hospital clinic equipment and stocks.
- Keep thorough medical notes and records.
