Overview:
My client, a fantastic property developer listed in the FTSE100 are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with strong sales experience to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will involve assisting the Team Leader & other Sales Consultants, managing customers’ expectations and demonstrating their KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Building and maintaining relationships with overseas teams and agents
- Help customers identify and purchase a new home and ensure they receive an exemplar service through the process
- Maintain sales targets on the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget
- Liaise with the project and customer service departments
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Mandarin / Arabic / Cantonese speaker
- Experience of similar residential schemes is preferred
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
- Experience with CRM systems is essential
- Comfortable with conducting virtual appointments for the development as well as in person appointments developing strong relationships with customers
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service
Package:
- Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (£55,000-£60,000 OTE)
