Elevation are excited to be working one of our global manufacturing client’s to recruit an International Business Development Executive to join their team. As an International Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding on the global presence, driving business growth and sales opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Formulating objective call plans and actively covering the sales area through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, Teams calls, and in-person visits (overseas).
- Managing and responding to incoming enquiries and providing quote accordingly.
- Generating new and repeat business by utilising a variety of channels and strategies.
- Ensuring accurate recording of sales information to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Servicing and expanding business with existing customers and distributors worldwide.
- Liaising with different departments across the company to resolve technical issues and ensure that customer specifications and standards are met.
- Representing the company professionally at exhibitions and industry events.
- Conducting sales presentations to customers and external third-party contacts as required.
- Collaborating with technical teams, designers, and engineers to ensure the lead time of products and projects is on schedule.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, with preference given to candidates with previous experience in technical or manufacturing sales.
- B2B International sales preferred.
- Proficiency in using ICT equipment and systems, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team within defined authority limits.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work with employees and key contacts at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility to meet customer expectations.
