International Sales Manager
Central London – Hybrid
Salary – up to £75,000 + Bonus/commission + Package
The Advocate is partnered with a growing, sustainable Personal Care Brand that is, committed to delivering high-quality products that promote sustainability. With a strong presence in domestic markets, they are currently pushing for strategic international expansion.
As the International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint in international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead efforts in driving sales and establishing a strong market presence in new and existing international territories across Europe and EMEA.
The Role:
- Create and execute sales plans that align with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international distributors and partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target international markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies.
The Person:
- Proven track record of successful International sales management, preferably in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and approaches.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English and Preferably French. (Other languages such as German and Spanish are ideal.)
- Passion for growing business and success within a fast-paced dynamic environment
