ASR International are partnering with another fantastic client who are looking for a Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager, they are a global brand, a recognised manufacturer of Sanitaryware, Bathroom furniture, brassware and accessories manufacturer.
Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 + EV or Hybrid car, + bonus up to £30,000 that’s paid quarterly & annually. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and earn an excess of £80,000!
In this role, you will cover the South East, The territory covers Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk.. This is an Account Management role; 70% account management and 30% new business development, you will manage and develop circa 150 active accounts, encompassing retailers, independent merchants, and buying groups..
As the Area Sales Manageryou will be covering is: NN, MK, LU, EN, SG, PE, CB & NR postcodes.
- You will be training showroom managers on products, organising displays, updating the CRM, and working in partnership with these showrooms to help get the most out of the products and space.
- You will also arrange quarterly reviews with the managers to understand the business, volume, competitors and future opportunities. Ultimately adding value to the showrooms.
- We are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, someone who understands questioning! The USPs and MI reports look for trends, competitor analysis and what they do well and not so well! Someone who understands that quality of quantity is better; you can close accounts if it doesn't make commercial sense!
- After six months, you should have a solid understanding of your top accounts and be able to talk about the turnover, opportunities within that showroom, what the key products are, the competitors, and how you can take more market share!
- When we look for the 10-15% growth in your area, you can articulate where it's likely to come from.

This is a two stage interview process; the dates will be after the KBB show, so W/C 11th March. We are looking for candidates within the industry, someone familiar with middle to high-end showrooms and eager to develop and learn.
