HL Partnership is a large, privately owned, Mortgage & Protection network, operating across the UK and Northern Ireland. With over 930 advisers and 468 individual firms, we are actively looking to create a new role in the business to support our existing firms with our business strategy and development, but also to grow our adviser numbers.
About the candidate
They are looking for an individual that is experienced in mortgages and protection and can demonstrate a track record in sales growth, relationship management and ideally recruitment. You will be expected to work closely with our member firms to build strategic relationships and work closely with our firms to achieve the objectives that are important to them. The other aspect of the role is to recruit new advisers / firms to the business and grow their adviser numbers this way.
Responsibilities
- Meeting the firms that want this support and analysing business plans and current strategy, identifying opportunities within the market to grow this and develop their existing offering, whilst not losing sight of the profit margins.
- Develop effective business development strategies and manage these to maximise market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our business and our members business.
- Collaborate with our various departments to ensure that new business opportunities aren’t missed.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to contribute insights for the continuous development of mortgage and protection products.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by proactively promoting our services.
- Recruit new advisers and firms.
- Ensure you are working within the network requirements from a compliance and risk management perspective.

- This is a remote working position, however there will be an expectation to travel to head office in Leicester when required. They do also have offices in Alcester and Chichester that can be accessed.
