Are you a seasoned recruiter in the international healthcare sector, adept at navigating the complexities of international recruitment, and passionate about matching exceptional talent with their ideal roles? Elysium Healthcare is looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our efforts in recruiting healthcare professionals from around the globe or domestically.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within an established, dynamic Talent Acquisition team committed to excellence in healthcare. Based out of our new Luton office for 2-3 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely, you will play a pivotal role in by recruiting skilled Support Workers, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Psychologists, and Doctors.
Your Impact:
Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with recruitment managers and site to accurately determine staffing needs, utilising a blend of advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Global Talent Sourcing: Engage in proactive sourcing, leveraging online databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract both active and passive candidates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to Elysium Healthcare's recruitment policy, align with statutory and mandatory requirements, and stay current with international hiring legislation.
Candidate Journey Management: Oversee applications from initial submission through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates. This includes managing applications through our ATS system, screening, shortlisting, and supporting pre-employment screening processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure clarity and preparedness throughout the recruitment, interview, and induction processes.
We we are Looking For:
- Experience in international healthcare recruitment, with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in attracting International Talent.
- Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensuring data integrity.
- Strong knowledge of immigration, sponsorship processes, and legislation affecting international recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering to defined KPIs and meeting SLA targets.
