Title: Inventory Distribution Coordinator - Korean Beauty Industry
Location: Central London Office (The Strand), with regular travel to offline stores and West London warehouse
Schedule: Fulltime (37.5 hours PW), Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5:30 pm

As an Inventory Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of product inventory, optimising stock levels, and ensuring timely distribution between our fulfilment hub and offline retail locations. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock Distribution: Manage product transfers from warehouse to retail stores, ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Stock Accuracy: Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock counts and reduce shrinkage.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage accurate inventory levels to prevent discrepancies, sell-outs and overstock. Collaborate with the buying team to maintain optimal inventory levels across all sales channels.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the drivers and warehouse team to coordinate efficient and timely distribution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and discrepancies. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with various departments, including buying, retail shop managers, and warehouse to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
- Previous experience in inventory coordination, supply chain, or distribution, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
