Are you looking for a new opportunity in Coleshill, Birmingham area. Our client is currently looking for an Inventory Warehouse Operative for a brand new role, this would consist of driving and staying in Edinburgh for two nights a week!
Our client is a specialist supplier of sealants, lubricants and adhesives for the aerospace and aviation industry.
The on-site Inventory Warehouse Operative role is a great opportunity for someone with a clean driving licence happy to drive the company van to Edinburgh and stay there for two nights a week.
Responsibilities:

• Input data using computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and the company's inhouse systems
• Maintaining the quality of stock and materials making sure everything meets the required standard.
• Liaising and communicating with customers assisting with their requirements and needs identifying problems in the client process and collaborating with supervisors to rectify and improve issues.
• Drive companies small transit van to and from Edinburgh twice a week adhering to health and safety processes.
• Work in the warehouse doing warehouse duties such as picking, packing, loading, and unloading stock safely. At both the site in Coleshill and the Clients warehouse in Edinburgh.

Requirements:

• Full Clean UK driving licence
• Experience operating computer systems confidently
• Proven warehouse operating experience
• Experience delivering client focused solutions to customer needs
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Understanding of working towards targets and KPI's
• Quality inspecting and documenting experience

Rate of Pay: 
The salary for the successful Inventory Warehouse Operative is £23,556 + £4120 for the driving duties to Edinburgh.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours in total:
08:30 - 17:30. Flexible hours on driving days.
The Inventory Warehouse Operative Position will become a permanent position upon completion of temporary trial.
