You will be in charge of handling, administering, overseeing, and resolving all market investment transactions while maintaining the integrity of the client records on the Investment Platform.
Full training will be provided on any areas where there is a shortfall in experience.
DAY TO DAY:
• Managing transactional processing and supporting operational controls
• Overseeing challenging volumes whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is upheld
• Detecting inaccuracies and proactively preventing escalation.
• Acquiring solutions for clients
• Fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining awareness of, and adherence to, Compliance and Regulatory requirements
• Attending daily meetings and working to agreed deadlines
• Partaking in projects; testing new products, processes, or controls
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Fantastic multitasker

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Financial service qualifications and knowledge of ISA & SIPP platform businesses, CASS, and COBs are all beneficial but not essential
