A rare opportunity to join the Investment team of a European financial services company. As a Senior Analyst you’ll join a dynamic team with a wide range of responsibilities focused on adding value to the Group’s activities, primarily in the UK but also across Europe.
Key Accountabilities
- Valuation of investment opportunities
- Drafting and presenting recommendations
- Analyse and report on the performance of portfolios
- Work with the wider Investment Team to deliver pricing projects
- Work with Decision Science to enhance pricing models
- Manage end to end process of acquisitions
- Support project planning and migration plans
Candidate Experience
- Strong background in Banking / Financial Services or high value project / investment appraisals (minimum 2 years)
- Strong degree in a mathematical/analytical related discipline or equivalent
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse and extract information from large data sets
- Strong quantitative aptitude and proven analytical/modelling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English (other European languages an advantage)
- Able to work on own initiative and confident to take responsibility
- A technical ability using software (SQL or other coding languages) - desirable
