SalaryOur client, a national wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced, qualified Investment Manager to join their highly successful Glasgow team.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing client base as well as further increasing business with the generation of new clients, so previous relationship management and BD experience is required.
You will provide personalised investment advice and portfolio management to clients, working in partnership with Financial Planning colleagues to develop relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
- Level 6 or above qualified Investment Manager (aspiring for Level 7)
- Experience of managing client investment portfolios and delivering investment advice, including experience of remodelling newly acquired portfolios
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and client advice, plus knowledge of complex and higher risk advice areas.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets/risk management techniques/regulatory requirement.
- Experience of leading pitches and winnning new business
This is a hybrid role with typically 3 days a week in the office.
An excellent bonus scheme is on offer, directly related to revenue generated as well as discretionary general performance.
