Job Title: Invoice Administrator
Location: Gatwick
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings 8am to Midday
Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for administration and finance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a reputable commercial vehicle dealership based in the Gatwick area, is seeking an Invoice Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Invoice Administrator Responsibilities:

• Gaining authority from customers using online maintenance portals.
• Producing retail proforma invoices and obtaining purchase order numbers.
• Handling warranty & contract claims through the manufacturers' portals.
• Accurately invoicing the work carried out.

Invoice Administrator Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an invoicing or finance capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with online maintenance portals and manufacturer systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for invoicing and data management.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry would be ideal but not essential
