We have a great opportunity for an experienced invoicing Administrator to join our award-winning client in Newton-le-Willows.
The role is to produce accurate sales ledger invoices in a timely manner and to resolve any queries received.
INVOICING
- Processing of all new business/contracts to ensure they are linked to invoicing and charged.
- Dealing with customer and internal queries.
- Issue customer invoices along with analysis/reports to accompany as required.
- Ensure that accurate data is onboarded and maintained for master records.
COMPLIANCE
- Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations
- Support Group ESG targets and ambitions
- Being a contributing member of the Finance Team

Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
Experience
- 1 Year minimum invoicing experience
- Sales Ledger Experience
- Raised Sales Invoices
- Administration
- Experience in using Sage
Salary is £25k - £26k
