Job description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced invoicing Administrator to join our award-winning client in Newton-le-Willows.

The role is to produce accurate sales ledger invoices in a timely manner and to resolve any queries received.

INVOICING

  1. Processing of all new business/contracts to ensure they are linked to invoicing and charged.
  2. Dealing with customer and internal queries.
  3. Issue customer invoices along with analysis/reports to accompany as required.
  4. Ensure that accurate data is onboarded and maintained for master records.

COMPLIANCE

  • Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations
  • Support Group ESG targets and ambitions
  • Being a contributing member of the Finance Team

  5. Good organisation and time management skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to meet timescales and deadlines

Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)

  1. A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.

Experience

  1. 1 Year minimum invoicing experience
  2. Sales Ledger Experience
  3. Raised Sales Invoices
  4. Administration
  5. Experience in using Sage

Salary is £25k - £26k
