Invoicing Administrator (Hybrid)

Company Details And Job Overview:
Based on the outskirts of Newton-le-Willows, this company are one of the largest, independent, and privately-owned companies providing specialist services within the UK. The company has a turnover of circa £250 million and they employ over 9000 staff. They want to employ an Invoicing Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis due to expansion.
Your New Role As The Invoicing Administrator:
1. To produce accurate sales ledger invoices in a timely manner and to resolve any queries
received
2.Processing of all new business/contracts to ensure linked to invoicing and charged.
3.Dealing with customer and internal queries.
4.Issuing of customer invoices along with analysis/reports to accompany as required.
5.Ensure that accurate data is onboarded and maintained for master records.
Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:
1.A minimum of 1 year invoicing experience
2.Goal and results orientated
3. Process driven
4. Work well in a team
5. Cope well under pressure on your own
6.Good organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to meet timescales and deadlines
Salary And Benefits On Offer:
• Salary on offer is up to £26,000
• Hybrid working - is an option after 3 months of working for the business
• 22 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays) plus 1 extra day per completed year you work for the company (capped at 25 days)
• Company sick pay - Up to 2 weeks (discretionary)
• Company pension
