We are looking for a full-time ICLT (Information Communication Learning Technologies) support technician to support the busy ICLT department. We are embarking on a major deployment of Microsoft 365 and Teams and to our infostructure, providing the exciting opportunity to be an active contributor to multiple new projects. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills on several IT platforms.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have excellent IT technician and communication skills. We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however previous experience in schools would be advantageous. Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or certifications related to specific technologies such as Fortinet FCF/FCA or Microsoft AZ-800 are beneficial.
Strong technical proficiency is important, as is the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot efficiently and effectively. A willingness to work as a team to support the pupils, staff, and parents is vital.
