About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Asset Co-ordinator to join our IT Team, based in Oldham on a full time 35 hour per week permanent basis. This is a 100% office-based role so you'll work from our Bower House, 1 Stable Street, Oldham, OL97LH 5 days per week Monday - Friday
What we're looking for
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the IT Asset Management Function. As this is a front-line position, you will have great interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with people effectively and courteously.

The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Experience of working with suppliers
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Methodical approach with attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of office tools including Word, Excel.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to Level 1 (GCSE or equivalent) or higher
